Terms of Sale for Muntlig

Muntlig was acquired by Lingu AS in April 2026 from its original creator, Cansu Akarsu. From that date forward, Lingu AS is the seller for purchases made on muntlig.com.
About These Terms
These Terms of Sale govern your purchase and use of Muntlig's language learning services. Muntlig is an online platform that helps users improve their Norwegian language and speaking skills, operated by Lingu AS. Our website is accessible at https://muntlig.com.
Parties
From April 2026, the agreement is entered into between Lingu AS (the "Seller") and the Buyer placing an order through our website. Company details and organization number for Lingu AS are available at lingu.no.
Purchases made on muntlig.com before April 2026 were entered into with the original operator, Cansu Akarsu (org. no. 935 725 852). Lingu AS has assumed the ongoing obligations relating to active Muntlig subscriptions acquired in connection with that transaction.
Payment
Payments are processed immediately via Stripe. Orders must be paid in full before access to the service is granted. Prices are shown in NOK and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Delivery
Access to the service is provided immediately after successful payment. Delivery is considered complete once access has been granted.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of purchase by notifying us via email.
Returns
For digital services, returns are handled through the right of withdrawal described above. Once the withdrawal period has expired, purchases are non-refundable.
Complaints Handling
Complaints can be submitted to: [email protected], or via lingu.no/contact-us. We aim to respond within 5 business days and will work to resolve the issue in line with Norwegian consumer protection laws.
Conflict Resolution
Disputes will be governed by Norwegian law and handled by the courts of Oslo, unless otherwise agreed.
